- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive analytics and actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough concepts using rapid iteration methodologies
- Represent Horizon at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon-scanning methodologies and critical foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating complex systems analysis into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
