Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) preferred
