Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across multiple sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product innovation
- Author white papers and thought leadership on long-term industry transformation
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to global stakeholders
- Monitor horizon scanning ecosystems (AI, biotech, climate, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies preferred
