Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our orbital lab
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation strategies for 2026 readiness
- Author white papers on existential risk mitigation and human-AI symbiosis
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit with UN and ESA partnership
- Secure patents for at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Studies Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
- Deep expertise in at least two: synthetic biology, AGI governance, or space economics
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping projects
