Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) to map 2026+ scenarios and opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-proof business models
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement ethical guardrails for future-facing innovations
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
