Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market trends through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology
