As a key architect of our 2026+ vision, you'll drive cross-functional initiatives that position us at the forefront of technological evolution. This role blends deep technical acumen with strategic business planning, requiring both analytical rigor and creative foresight to navigate the complex intersection of human progress and technological disruption.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for post-2026 technological shifts across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios and resource allocation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to capture frontier innovations
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts to maintain competitive intelligence advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record translating complex tech trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (preferred)
