- Lead 'Future Sandbox' initiatives prototyping solutions for 2026's societal inflection points
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into corporate DNA
- Curate exclusive foresight summits connecting Nobel laureates, startup founders, and policy shapers
- Author white papers on quantum-secure economies and post-scarcity resource models
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years experience in trend analysis or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 impact
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (blockchain, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Deep expertise in climate-tech or neuro-economics preferred
- Ability to distill complex systems into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent preferred
