Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 10-year scalability
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and human-machine symbiosis
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or metamaterials
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 5+ year tech vision implementations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Julia)
