Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-compliant AI/ML frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams developing next-gen human-computer interfaces (HCIs) with neural synchronization capabilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for sentient AI and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Drive prototyping of synthetic biology-digital convergence systems for healthcare and environmental applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and space technology firms
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and federal technology councils
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Synthetic Biology with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying 2026-ready tech: quantum neural networks, generative AI, or bio-digital systems
- Expertise in speculative design frameworks and technology horizon scanning
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified R&D projects
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience leading $10M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
