Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to next-gen digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive scenario models
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-readiness initiatives
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting technological innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published future-oriented analyses or frameworks
