Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, societal, and market trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario analyses for board-level decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive R&D investment priorities based on 5-10 year technological forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning expertise
