Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological trends impacting 2026-2030 industries
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition partnerships
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Manage competitive intelligence and disruptor threat analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing future-vision roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
