Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced AI research
- Expertise in predictive modeling for technology adoption curves
- Published work on ethical AI or sustainable tech
- Experience with blockchain and Web3 ecosystems
- Strong network in global tech policy circles
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
