Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-tech foresight
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent disruptive portfolio)
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum-AI hybrid systems or neurotech
