Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with actionable implementation frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of future-tech experts and innovation partners
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
