- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish whitepapers on future tech
- Mentor R&D teams on futuristic development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published research on technological disruption or innovation forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for emerging tech
