Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of cutting-edge AI and autonomous systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of generative AI models into core product workflows to enhance user experience.
- Identify emerging technologies and define strategic roadmaps for their adoption within the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, legal) to ensure ethical and safe deployment of future tech.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding scalability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and computer vision.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible technology deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
