Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 strategic roadmap, identifying key growth vectors and potential disruption points.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to forecast their impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate "future-state" products.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological shifts.
- Present strategic forecasts to the executive board and international stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or high-level technology management.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics.
