- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and edge computing.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems to support future scalability demands.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technology budgets and resource allocation.
- Drive digital transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration of legacy and next-gen systems.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term technology investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or architecture.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and their application in enterprise settings.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
