Responsibilities
- Architect multi-disciplinary project roadmaps for 2026 Initiative deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Develop stakeholder engagement frameworks for executive and investor alignment
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term impact and innovation ROI
- Manage portfolio of pilot projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Champion agile methodologies for complex, multi-year initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic program management or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent advanced methodology
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
