Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year roadmaps for 2026-ready technological ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypical solutions for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ in future-tech strategy
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Security clearance preferred for government collaborative projects
