Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and AI ethics frameworks
- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global research institutions
- Champion sustainable tech integration across all product portfolios
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Quantum Fellows program
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in Fortune 500 tech environments
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical tech deployment
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from 0 to 100+ engineers
- Active US security clearance or ability to obtain one
