- Produce scenario-planning reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
- Represent company at global futurism summits and tech conferences
- Mentor R&D teams in exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, nanotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech journals
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
