Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech ethics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI from Tier 1 institution (MIT/Stanford/ETH Zurich)
- 7+ years in tech R&D with 3+ managing $5M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic computing
- Active Top Secret clearance preferred
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough tech
- Certification in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks
