We're seeking a visionary 2026 Innovation Lead to architect and execute groundbreaking solutions that will redefine industries by 2026. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in emerging technologies to lead cross-functional teams in building the future today.
As a key member of our C-suite innovation council, you'll drive R&D initiatives, forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing and AI pioneers, and translate futuristic concepts into scalable commercial products. You'll be instrumental in shaping our 2026 product roadmap while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and Fortune 100 innovation hubs
- Translate futuristic concepts into MVPs with 18-month commercialization timelines
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Lead patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor junior futurists through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching 3+ technologies with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum algorithms, and neurotech integration
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on future technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Speaker at Web Summit, CES, or equivalent future-tech forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or equivalent
