Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum applications, climate tech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture funding for future-focused initiatives
- Present disruption forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and design thinking methodologies
- Drive sustainable innovation metrics and ESG-aligned tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or venture-backed startups
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (e.g., in Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL)
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities strongly preferred
