- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends in quantum computing and biotechnology
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior innovators in design thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategy roles with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching successful digital transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
- Certified in design thinking (IDEO, LUMA) or innovation methodologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
