Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate complex innovation concepts into viable business models and MVPs
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for 2026 tech horizons
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or product development leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and future-strategy frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess technical feasibility and market viability
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent innovation credentials
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
