- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent FutureForge at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable design principles across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership, with 5+ years in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact or equivalent market disruption
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies and scenario planning for 2030+ horizons
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers on emerging tech
