Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits >$50M)
- Deep expertise in 2026 tech stack: quantum neural networks, neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks
- Certifications in ISO 21400 (Innovation Management) and IEEE 7000 (Ethics by Design)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
