- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and lead a 15-person innovation lab with PhD-level specialists
- Establish industry-wide standards for responsible 2026 technology deployment
- Forge strategic alliances with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sociology
- 10+ years in C-suite innovation roles with $100M+ budget experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies adopted by 1M+ users
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or Nature (last 5 years)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python
