- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in future-tech trends: AI, quantum, biotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
