Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, scientists, and strategists
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and venture funding
- Drive patent development with 15+ annual IP filings
- Present breakthroughs to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Program
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and project management
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
