Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and validation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for commercial applications
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to identify first-mover advantages
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and mentor an innovation team focused on 2026 horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future tech trends
- Experience with agile development methodologies and prototyping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
