Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/ML solutions and quantum computing applications
- Identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential and build implementation strategies
- Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to integrate innovations into core product offerings
- Drive sustainability initiatives through green tech R&D and circular economy frameworks
- Present strategic vision and progress to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching AI/ML or quantum computing solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies and technology forecasting
- Executive presence with exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or sustainability domains
