Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives targeting 2026 technological milestones, including quantum integration and AI-human symbiosis
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in developing prototype solutions for climate resilience and neural interfaces
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors to pioneer emerging standards
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of frontier technologies
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investment committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Experience leading international R&D teams and managing multi-million-dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work technologies or disruption forecasting
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and patent strategy
