Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption and market evolution
- Oversee portfolio management of experimental initiatives with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex trends into actionable strategy
- Experience leading global innovation teams across diverse cultural and technical contexts
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent
- Prior success in securing $10M+ innovation budgets from executive stakeholders
