- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi, Cross-Impact)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies in 3+ countries
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successfully launched innovation initiatives
