- Mentor emerging talent in futurism methodologies and strategic innovation management

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
