Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps and market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems) for strategic implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their business models
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven insights and risk assessments
- Design innovation frameworks for organizational adaptation to technological singularity
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough initiatives aligned with future market demands
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from foresight.org) required
