Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with potential for 2026 commercialization
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in future-tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Strong financial acumen with experience in high-budget tech projects
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
