- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, or biotech)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent futurist training
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling innovations across global markets
- PMP or similar innovation management certification preferred
