Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Analyze market disruptions and geopolitical shifts to identify first-mover advantages in emerging economies
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance in 2030+ contexts
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups into corporate ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to executive boards and regulatory bodies to inform policy decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research, with 3+ years in exponential tech domains
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 10-year market impact
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful forecasting of tech adoption curves
- Certification in exponential technologies (Singularity University, MIT FutureTech preferred)
