Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Vision Sprints' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and emerging tech incubators
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Mentor a cohort of 'Futurist Fellows' through our NextGen Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology trends (IEEE/AIWC publications preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum algorithms, bio-integrated interfaces, or climate-positive tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS/ACF) or equivalent innovation methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable technology transformation initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Proficiency in innovation simulation tools (e.g., System Dynamics modeling, Scenario Planning software)
