Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points

- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate future market trends into patentable intellectual property portfolios
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global disruption events
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight
