Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, advanced AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market viability potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies and systems
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused design thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/Scale-up experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
