Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with emerging tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 5-10 year industry transformations
- Drive strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and external investors
- Oversee prototyping cycles in our Future Forge lab and measure impact through KPIs
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight accreditation preferred
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ industries
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
