Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch market-defining products targeting 2026 market demands
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for R&D collaboration
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive sustainability initiatives in product development, targeting carbon-negative technology by 2026
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureLeaders program
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or C-suite tech leadership with proven impact on market-shifting initiatives
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Successful track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Certified in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., Shell GameChanger, Singularity University)
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
