- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI) for commercial viability
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI frameworks
- Present strategic blueprints to board stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubation program
- Establish industry thought leadership via white papers and keynote speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Advanced degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or MBA with specialization
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
- Prior experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
